A nod to Robert Frost, this image is about fog and how it envelopes the world with no noise or fanfare.
I really like this piece and find that the solidity of the houses … even though they are built on stilts … illustrates how fog, as eerie and unnerving as it can be, still creates a sense of calm and serenity, because one can not look too far ahead, or dwell too much in the past.

It also references how changeable is one’s view, depending upon the direction one looks. Hard to say if the fog is coming or going, or if the blue skies are ahead or behind us.
